Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, we retain 50% of the booking fee. Contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
We bring all necessary equipment including a professional digital piano, but are very happy to use any venue's acoustic piano too. We handle setup and sound management.
We recommend booking at least two to four weeks in advance, especially for bookings during peak seasons (weddings, holidays). However, we do our best to accommodate shorter notice requests.
